Real Estate Client Concierge/Lead Manager

Location: From Your Computer

Salary: $5/hour USD + successful closing bonus

Work Hours: 4-5 hours a day during Eastern Time

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Client Concierge/Lead Manager to join our team. This person will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a strong customer service background.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for clients via phone, email, and text message
Bring in new real estate clients and current nurture leads
Stay in touch with buyers and sellers to maintain strong relationships
Review and manage the company's calendar to schedule calls with clients
Role-play scripts on a regular basis to improve communication skills
Assist with the implementation of new ideas and strategies to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:
Experience in customer service or real estate
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of real estate industry software such as RedX, Follow Up Boss, and Calendly is a plus
