JOB OVERVIEW

As a Business Development & Executive, your role will be researching prospective film making/ advertisement markets, conducting market analysis, building business relationships, maintaining databases, and helping manage related program tasks.

This job is for someone who wants to do more than just be told what to do. We want you to contribute fresh ideas.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.


Responsibilities

Proficient in Mandarin / Chinese preferable.
Assist research filmmaking/ advertisement industries.
Help build and manage the channel between local filmmaking/ advertisement contacts and other communities.
Assist with growth strategies and business development plans in the US market.
Assist driving new customer engagement and pipeline generation
Help manage the scheduling of meetings and events
Build relationships with prospective clients
Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
Manage sales pipeline
Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
Track metrics to ensure targets are hit


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree 2+ years in sales industry
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
You are passionate about music, film, tech, entrepreneurship & business
Strong initiative and total team player
