Real Estate Closer/Acquisition

The person in this position will follow up on our motivated leads. They will be running comps and making offers to these ---------- addition, if there are not many hot leads to work on a particular day you would be cold calling or reaching out to our buyers as well. Also this person will use google maps to drive for dollars.

Requirements:
Perfect English Skills: Written & Verbal
Great communicator and rapport builder
Must Have 2 years or more Experience
Excellent Real Estate Sales/Negotiation Skills
Experience Running Comps using Zillow sold data
Experience with DocuSign
Good Computer, Internet, and Headset

Salary options:
$4.30/hr Plus $100 bonus each closed deal. or 4.30/hr Plus 2% commissions of profit from each closed deal.
