Quickbooks Certified Bookkeeper

We have a need for a QuickBooks expert full-time. You need to be proactive, a great communicator, and be able to support a busy and growing business in Florida in the US. Certified QB candidates are strongly preferred. We have a growing WFH agency with a Filipino staff. If you don't apply via the link it's doubtful we'll even consider you as a candidate.

Prior QB experience is a MUST!
Daily Bank checks with Stripe and Inbound receipts
Invoicing, Purchase Orders, and Payables
Ability to implement Project Accounting in Quickbooks
Manage payroll via Hubstaff/Wise
Monthly Bank reconciliations by the 10th of the Month for 5 active accounts
Excel financial analysis for budgeting, forecasting, etc.

You must be able to have a bi-weekly call with US Staff during US AM hours - NO EXCEPTIONS! Salary varies on experience. Experience with Wise/Hubstaff would be helpful. We are seeking someone to proactively help with cash flow, expense management, payroll, etc. You need to have a proper work-from-home setup, internet, dedicated space, etc.
