Eccommerce Accountant/Bookkeeper

We need someone proficient in accounting and finance who has the ability to use QuickBooks and create balance sheets, p&Ls etc.

Ideally, they'd have experience in Shopify and Amazon finances as well. The project is to look back at the raw data from PayPal, Shopify, Amazon, and all credit card and bank statements and do accounting from raw data into QuickBooks on every transaction that occurred. We need someone who has a well-rounded knowledge of excel. A good grasp of the English language is important as well as we will most likely be on a call with one another every day for months.

REQUIREMENTS:
- at least 1-year experience in amazon or shopify accounting/finance
- at least 1-year experience in QuickBooks, bank reconciliation, and balance sheet
- Must speak and write English fluently
- Must be very familiar with skincare products
- willing to use Hubstaff for tracking work
- our pay-out is every week
