Job Title: SMS Marketing and Data Manager

Reports To: CEO, Team Leader
Rate: $5 per hour

Time Commitment: Full-time. Core hours are Monday through Friday 10 AM to 7 PM CST. You are required to attend all scheduled meetings and team training.

Lead Manager Role: Performing SMS outreach to homeowners and identifying their level of motivation in selling their property, then moving them over to Lead Management for further handling. Data management (list pulling, list maintenance, sending items for skip tracing)

Lead Manager Job Functions:

DATA MANAGEMENT:
Pull lists from Court Records and List Services including but not limited to Propstream, MLS, etc.)
Send data for skiptracing to SkipForce
Pull buyers from FindCashBuyersNow

SMS MARKETING
Create and launch campaigns in LeadSherpa
Identify and convert cold leads to warm leads
Send RVMs
Maintain detailed and consistent records of all phone conversations in CRM software
Improve and create systems


Data Manager Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Cold leads endorsed (hand raisers)
# of SMS sent
# of RVM sent
# of conversations generated
# of Prospects added to data stacker
# of MLS Prospects added to CRM
