System/Software Quality Tester - Cebu City

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced System Quality Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining a comprehensive testing plan to ensure the quality and functionality of our software systems.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain testing plans and procedures for software systems
• Design and execute manual tests to validate software functionality
• Identify and track software bugs and defects
• Work with developers to resolve issues and ensure quality
• Provide regular updates to management on testing progress and results
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a System Quality Tester
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Experience with manual and automated testing
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• JIRA experience is an advantage

This is a hybrid workplace set-up. Office is set-up thus successful candidates are expected to be in the office at least 4 days/week upon full understand of the business and systems.
