Project Manager / Scrum Master Role

We are looking for an experienced project management to help us bring on more clients to our platform. The role will entail communicating with customers to find out more information, creating task lists and managing the delivery of objectives, leading the communications with staff and customers and to set expectations and deadlines on when work needs to be completed.

The first project you will be involved with required certain turn around times for delivery. These time are quite generous and are easily met as long as you can bring together the right resources and be on top of all the work required.

To be successful you must be able to communicate with impeccable English. On a daily basis you will be speaking with staff and customers on the phone, via Skype, IM and email. You will need to demonstrate a keen attention to detail with a history of delivering great results.

The role will specifically be responsible for:
- Successful delivery of customer connections to the platform
- Communicating clearly and effectively with staff and customers
- Provide leadership and synergy within the internal teams to enable the fast delivery of connections
- Regular reporting of progress

The role will start out on a 2 month trial period, during which you will be paid a salary of 30,000PHP per month. On completion of the trial period, you will be given an opportunity to show us your progress. Along with the satisfaction of doing great work you will then be given an intermediate pay rise to 40,000 per month. After 6 months, its then open to negotiate.
