Experienced Construction Cost Estimator

Our client is looking for an experienced Construction Cost Estimator with at least 5 to 10 years’ experience in an Estimating role. Experience with Estimating software - Planswift and doing full project estimates with the software based on CSI format is a must. Successful applicant is expected to deliver estimates and take off on a per project basis including: Site Area (Total Square Feet- SF), Building Area (Gross Square Feet -GSF), Building Area (Net Rentable Square Feet- NRSF), Fire Protection (SF) , Parking (SF), Retail (SF), Amenity (SF), Parking Stalls #, Unit count, plumbing fixture count (per unit), Demolition SF, Excavation Cubic Yards (Cu yd), Concrete Cubic Yards (cu yd), concrete (SF), exterior elevation (SF of stucco, siding, painting, CMU), Elevator number of stops, etc.

Tasks will include:
• Prepares and build estimates and budget costs for construction by studying plans and specifications .
• Writes up and presents budgets, takeoffs, estimating reports, and marks up project plans.
• Develops bids for construction projects.
• Email and invitations to bid with subcontractors for bids to match takeoffs
• Review Request for Proposal/Bid (RFP/RFB) form Developers and Owners and analyze requirements.
• Email subcontractors and record which companies will be sending us their proposals. Proactively follow-up with subcontractors until proposal for each project is received.

Work hours is from 5am-1pm Philippines time
