We’re looking for YOU to become our new Digital Marketer to set up and execute powerful organic/paid strategies to grow our company and that of our clients as well.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), from Mondays to Fridays 9:00 to 17:00 in Eastern Standard Time (New York time)
YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the strategic planning, execution and ongoing optimization of client campaigns
- Run Data Driven Marketing - Constantly measuring all KPI’s to have a strong understanding of what is working and what is not.
- You run both organic and paid marketing campaigns
- Constantly optimize and improve our marketing - including organic social media funnels, opt-in pages, sales pages,
- Generate fresh ideas & offers to find new opportunities in testing
- Testing variations of marketing elements such as posts/ads/funnel pages/emails etc to determine best performing and drive results in line with client goals
- Define, monitor and analyze trends in client’s KPI’s
- Reporting of results of campaigns
- Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards like Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, such as updates with social media marketing (e.g.
- Presenting weekly results of your campaigns and funnels in a tea
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years with relevant Digital Marketing experience.
- Excellent in English, both speaking and writing.
- Strong Social Media marketing knowledge
- Deep, nuanced understanding of marketing and how it impacts a company’s overall performance
- Client-facing communications experience is important as you’ll be consulting clients in this role
- Ability to digest and compartmentalize data as needed to create and perform client presentations on ROI targets and other campaign goals
- Both detail-oriented and big picture: you have vision and the tenacity to take your projects from ideation to the finish line
- Must have advanced skills in Funnel Building / Creation (ClickFunnels, DropFunnels, GoHighLevel etc.)
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Advanced Level Skills within Google Analytics.
- Analytical - you know how to create a hypothesis and design a test to prove a theory; you are skilled at mining data for insights and generating hypotheses for constant and fast iterative testing.
- Collaborative & versatile: you enjoy working together across teams to turn ideas into action
- Are organized and methodical in setting up processes
- A clear and considerate communicator, both verbal and written, with a strong sense of professionalism

YOUR AVAILABILITY:
- This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), from Mondays to Fridays 9:00 to 17:00 in Eastern Standard Time (New York time)
