Your responsibilities will include:
• Client Business Development: Identify companies online through job posts that are seeking professionals and contact them by cold calling, asking for referrals. Gain signed agreements to begin working on sourcing candidates for the company and filling their needs with candidates.
• Candidate recruitment: Source, evaluate, and review potential candidates utilizing cold calls, job boards, social networking and internal database, Upgrade to see actual info addition you will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified talent to submit to current and future client base.
• Meet and exceed weekly business development goals.

Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience of recruiting
• 2+ years of client business development = Identifying new clients to work with, negotiate pricing, sending and receiving service agreements and opening jobs.
• Must have a strong desire to build a career in recruiting by using proven negotiating and closing skills and the ability to build candidate and client relationships.
• Must have a proven track record of success and be a competitive, self-motivated individual.
• Due to the high commission plans we will only be hiring the most successful full desk recruiters with significant proven track records
• Hours will be 10pm – 7am Manila due to the time difference in the USA

Compensation:
- Base compensation = 50,000 PHP / Month with a draw from the commissions
- Commissions = 5% of whatever you bill. If you do both candidate and client side you would receive the full 10% of whatever you bill.

Monthly Sales Commissions Based on Performance Averages:
- Below Average: 54,480 PHP
- Average: 121,813 PHP
- Above Average: 194,913 PHP
- High Performers: 428,833 PHP
- Top 5%: 682,286 PHP
