JOB OVERVIEW

Our company provides cleaning and light property management services to residential homes and vacation rentals throughout Arizona, USA. With tons of 5-star reviews and even a few awards ranking us as one of the best services in town, we think we're doing a few things right.

While our cleaning teams work very hard to make our customer's homes look brand new, our job in the office is to sign up new customers, coordinate schedules, and make sure daily operations run seamlessly.

If you d ---------- to join our team, you will be providing Customer Support services mainly by text message SMS, frequently via e-mail, and occasionally by phone. Our Customer Support Agent provides customers with answers to their questions and books appointments on their behalf. They also assist our cleaning teammates in the field by answering questions related to their assigned customers.

The Customer Support Agent will work alongside a lead Office Coordinator and 2-3 other Agents to support daily operational activities (customer communication & team support). This position will additionally assist our Management Team with ongoing business needs by performing other administrative and operational duties.

Job Requirements include:
Able to work Full-Time (40hrs) between the hours of 7:00am-6:00pm MST - bonus points if you can work Sundays
Able to quickly learn multiple software tools - ‘tech-savvy’
Own a personal laptop that is updated/reliable
Upbeat, empathetic, cheerful, customer-focused attitude
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Our Ideal Candidate has:
CSR type experience
Sales experience
Industry knowledge is a plus! (Vacation Rentals, Property Management, Residential Cleaning)
Remains calm in stressful situations
Able to independently problem-solve

Typical Job Duties are:
Answering incoming text messages from existing and new clients
Expertly recommending service offerings that fit the client’s needs
Booking services
Collecting payments
Assisting in onboarding new clients
Building client relationships
Responding to calls, emails, and text messages in a timely manner
Assisting in coordinating cleaners’ schedules
Assisting cleaning teams with their assigned clients
Keeping client profiles updated
Assisting in problem-solving when field issues arise
Dispatching vendors and field-support
Assisting Management Team with administrative and operational tasks
