Virtual Sales Assistant

Location: Remote

We are a rapidly growing emergency vehicle installation shop looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented virtual sales assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up on leads, scheduling appointments, and assisting with quote creation. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to generate new leads and ensure that customers receive the necessary information.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow up on leads and schedule appointments with customers
Assist in creating quotes for customers
Ensure that customers receive the necessary information
Generate new leads
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and texting

REQUIREMENTS:
4 years sales experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
