We are a boutique business consulting company that manages a number of marketing campaigns and websites, primarily in the health and fitness industry, as well as operating a small Digital Marketing Agency working with a number of niche clients.

Skills

Having worked with a number of incredible VAs over the years, it's time to find our next rockstar! We are looking for an experienced Thrive Themes expert to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Thrive Leads and Thrive Quizzes and a proven track record of creating and implementing successful campaigns using these tools.

Additionally, experience with Convertkit is a plus.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and optimize Thrive Leads and Thrive Quizzes campaigns to increase lead generation and engagement.
* Develop and execute strategies to improve conversions and engagement on landing pages.
* Collaborate with me to implement A/B testing and optimize campaigns.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest Thrive Themes features and tools and make recommendations for their use.
* Provide training and support to myself and other tea ---------- mbers on Thrive Leads and Thrive Quizzes.

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience working with Thrive Themes (in particular Thrive Leads and Thrive Quizzes).
* Strong knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization.
* Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience with Convertkit is a plus.

Tasks

The tasks for the right VA will primarily be based around...

* creating and building out a variety of opt-in forms to promote a series of new lead magnets using Thrive Leads
* building a lead generating Quiz using Thrive Quizzes
* integrating the opt-in forms and quiz with Convertkit (my CRM)
