Graphic Designer

Blue to Gold Law Enforcement Training is looking to hire a full-time marketing assistant. A strong emphasis on skill in high-end graphics design. The right person will have the experience and skills to help us:

Design print campaigns, flyers, brochures, catalogs, and other creative materials
Design Social Media graphics
Develop a company brand book
Coordinate marketing campaigns
Make email marketing campaigns
Have a solid grasp of the English language, especially as used in America
Help develop merchandise to sell to our customers
Work in Adobe programs preferred

- Be able to work full-time.
- Working hours:7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time

• Developing marketing strategies for new products
• Organizing promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries and staffing
• Leading and training a team
• Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints
• Analyzing website to the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales
• Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management


The candidate must meet the following requirements.

o 3 + years experience in the graphics field
o Ability to work by oneself and with a team
o Proper tools to create graphics (Adobe preferred)
o Good communication skills
o Produce quality graphics
o Able to meet deadlines
o Willing to contribute and help grow the company through creative ideas.
o Team player with a passion for design and collaboration
o Flexibility to accommodate changing project needs/requirements.
