eBay Products Lister and Marketer (Coin-operated Washers & Dryers)

Our company, which specializes in the sales of Coin-operated Washers & Dryers, is seeking a talented and experienced Remote eBay and E-commerce Sales and Customer Service Representative with Listing Knowledge to join our team. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for managing our eBay store and expanding our sales to other e-commerce platforms, while communicating with customers and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage our eBay store and expand our sales to other e-commerce platforms, including creating and optimizing listings, managing inventory, and monitoring performance metrics.
- Communicate with customers via eBay messages, email, and phone to answer questions, provide product information, and resolve issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
- Great English communication skills (required).
- Spanish communication skills are a plus.
- Proven experience in eBay and e-commerce sales and customer service.
- Strong knowledge of eBay's platform, policies, and tools, as well as other e-commerce platforms.
- Experience working on multiple e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with Coin-operated Washers & Dryers is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Familiar with Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- Reliable computer and internet connection.
