Shopify Frontend Developer (Long-Term)

shoplab is an expert in Shopify development. Founded in 2020 the company build a fully remote and decentralized team with members across the world.

We are focusing on Javascript technologies only, building Shopify apps, themes and custom store experiences for our clients in Europe and across the world. Our team consists of only english speakers, with locations in Asia, Philippines, Russia, Nepal, Romania, Germany and Mongolia.

Technologies we use:
- VueJS
- ReactJS
- Javascript ES6
- CSS / SASS
- Tailwind CSS
- Shopify Liquid

Our workflows are strict, professional and require code reviews - we love to code, we love quality code and we always thrive to deliver the best result both frontend and backend.

The following requirements are mandatory:
- 1 year minimum professional experience /or private projects that you can show
- Good english skills, conversational and written
- Robust skills in HTML, CSS
- Intermediate skills in Javascript
- Passion for coding
- Basic knowledge in Git / Github workflows
- Motivated to learn new skills
- A headset and optionally webcam for meetups

All other skills for Shopify are optional / nice to have and can be teached by our senior developers. You need to be reliable because we work with big clients and sometimes highly complex code.

- We do in-depth screening and interviews so we usually need around 2-3 weeks for a decision
- First will be an interview to get to know each other, the second interview will be a technical interview with live coding tasks (simple tasks to check your current knowledge state)
