After-Sales Service Technician for Professional Kitchen Equipment

We are looking for an experienced after-sales service technician to handle customer inquiries on the professional kitchen equipment sold on our website, such as ovens, fryers, induction hobs, refrigerators, etc.

Responsibilities include:

Diagnosing equipment faults via email with customers
Resolving technical issues where possible
Providing clear and useful responses to customer after-sales service inquiries
Requirements are:

Significant experience as an after-sales service technician for professional kitchen equipment
In-depth knowledge of professional kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, induction hobs, refrigerators, etc.
Perfect mastery of English
Good knowledge of computer tools
Excellent ability to communicate with customers via email
Quick and efficient problem solving
Ability to work independently while working in a team
