Figma Designer (Apps & Websites)

I'm seeking a full-time Figma designer with at least 90-days of experience designing web pages and mobile app screens.

The compensation is $400 USD per month. You are expected to work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, at a standard schedule (local working timezone is acceptable). You must have at least 90 days of experience working with Figma as a visual designer or a similar role focused on user interface design. This position has room for long-term advancement and professional development. Our team is fun and keeps positive energy as we work together.

YOUR REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Extreme attention to detail (e.g., auto-layouts, colors, exporting, file names, grid-based layouts, margins, padding, redlining, typography).

- Driven individual that can work fast and quickly turn around new pages.

- Passionate and curious about designing engaging user experiences.

- Available 40 hours per week (full-time Monday through Friday role).

- Read, speak, and write excellent English.

- Willingness to learn new things and develop new skills as we teach you.

- Ability to work from home without distractions.

- Own a computer and have a high-speed internet connection.

DAILY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Review a written or video-recorded design brief — which may include existing wireframes — so that you understand the project requirements.

- Use our existing design templates and create new screens using those templates and the requirements from the design brief.

- Listen to feedback from the creative director and make changes to deliver the final production-ready screens.

- Research trending designs on portfolio sites (e.g., Behance, Dribbble) and mood boards of new design ideas for the team to consider.
