Shorts/Reels editor

Hi,
I am 6 months into my YouTube travel vlogging journey and now looking for someone part time who is very competent in (1) Repurposing existing youtube content as well as (2) creating reels/shorts phone and drone footage for all my social media channels;
• Repurposing (and re-editing if required) content from my Youtube channel for IG, TT, FB and shorts - in various aspect ratios depending on the outlet. Including captions. Similar style to these shorts but including captions

• Creating content for IG, TT, FB and shorts - in various aspect ratios depending on the outlet – from drone and phone footage I supply – like the following links. Ideas before a trip would also be beneficial – current trends, themes and music.
