About the job:

We’re looking for five (5) super media buyers to work with us and deliver amazing results to our clients. Someone who has experience running all paid social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google) advertising campaigns and knows how to target the right audience using the right metrics and retargeting to have really good results, and you need to know how to use high-level

The perfect candidate will fit the following criteria:

- The candidate should have a portfolio that demonstrates their marketing skills, strategies, and successful campaigns; a track record that you’re able to prove
- Experience setting up, launching, and managing effective campaigns
- 2+ years of experience in media buying or media planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Experience with media buying software and tools
- Knowledge of landing pages, funnels, conversions, testing, etc.
- Strong understanding of media planning and buying processes and metrics
- Strategic marketing skills: the candidate should have the ability to create and execute marketing strategies to increase conversion rates and improve overall performance.
