Full Time VA /Writer/ Content Creator (Calling all Fashion Lovers!)

We are a female owned eCommerce company based in California. We designs and manufacture all of our handbags in Los Angeles, California in small family owned factories. We strive to make chic, beautiful, well designed bags that will last our customers a lifetime. We take pride in using the highest quality Italian leather to make all of our bags.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The ideal candidate is someone who:
Is fluent in oral and written English (USA)
Has strong communication skills
Is willing to learn new tools and processes
Is a creative thinker
Is VERY detail oriented
Is a problem solver and doesn’t need hand holding for every task
Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
Is looking for professional growth. We currently have two other VAs and know that our team will continue growing. We want someone who can grow with us and potentially rise to become a manager within the company.

Requirements:
Over two years job experience in eCommerce / VA work
Knows social media strategies (for Instagram, tiktok, Pinterest)
Familiar with Google Drive, Docs and Sheets
Willing to use time tracking software
At least 8 mbps internet connection
Can work 40 hours per week

Here's a glimpse into a typical week on the job:

Preparing our Facebook and Instagram calendar by writing engaging captions
Editing reels
Reaching out to different magazines or blogs to write about LEMIZ
Reaching out and engaging with influencers
Writing + implementing new graphics / content into our social media channels
Knowledge on using Canva or a graphic design program

Other work we need help with:
Pinterest keyword research and pinning strategy
Helping with hashtag research and our content strategy
Finding stock photography
A few other administrative tasks

Our content are geared towards women ages 20 to 50 and focuses on trendy, chic women who want to buy a mid tiered handbag. We are looking for someone who is passionate about fashion. If you love writing about Game of Thrones, this job might not be for you (but we are big GoT fans too). If you are a great writer but haven’t done a few of the tasks listed above, we are more than happy to teach you!

COMPANY BENEFITS

Flexible work hours
You can work from home or wherever is most comfortable for you. You can also complete tasks on your own time as long as submitted by the agreed due dates. Due dates will be assigned from Monday - Friday, but you can work any day of the week.
We want you to be able to live a normal life. Please work in your local time zone, no need to work US hours.

13th month pay
We will always offer our VA’s an extra Christmas bonus, or 13th month.
Annual salary increases based on performance
