JOB OVERVIEW

Our growing company is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Director of Digital Marketing. As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to drive enrollment and increase brand awareness, including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and display advertising. You will be required to measure campaign success, build and manage a small marketing team, stay current with industry trends, collaborate with other departments, budget resources, and maintain the company's digital brand image.

This is a FULL-TIME REMOTE position. Must commit to working hours between 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST.

SALARY: PHP220,Upgrade to see actual info,000 pesos per month commensurate to your experience and portfolio. Additional benefits can be discussed after 6 months into the role.

The Director of Digital Marketing must possess a combination of technical, creative, and leadership skills, such as:
* Marketing strategy: understanding of the overall online marketing landscape, including digital marketing trends and best practices, and the ability to develop effective strategies to reach our target audiences.
* Data analysis: ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to make informed decisions about campaigns and strategy.
* Project management: ability to lead cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and manage budgets and timelines.
* Web Analytics: knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics to track website traffic, measure campaign performance, and gather insights into consumer behavior.
* Search Engine Optimization (SEO): understanding of how search engines work, how to optimize websites for search, and how to perform keyword research.
* Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising: knowledge of how to set up and manage PPC campaigns, including how to write effective ad copy and select relevant keywords.
* Website Builders and Content Management Systems (CMS): familiarity with WordPress and Wix, and the ability to create and publish content on websites and blogs.
HTML, CSS, and [removed] understanding of basic web development technologies and the ability to make minor modifications to website code.
* Social Media Marketing: understanding of the role of social media in marketing, including how to create and manage multiple social media accounts, and how to develop and execute social media campaigns.
* Email Marketing: knowledge of creating effective personalized email campaigns that align with the reader's stage in the buyer's journey, including how to segment lists, design templates, and measure campaign success.
* Creative skills: the ability to develop compelling content and copywriting that resonates with target audiences.
* Communication skills: strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting complex information in an accessible manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Leadership: ability to inspire and lead teams, build relationships with clients, and drive results.

HARD REQUIREMENTS [No Expections]:
-Has A MINIMUM of 3-5 years of experience leading a digital marketing team or agency.
-Currently employed and holding the role of Director of Marketing, Marketing Operations Manager, Head of Marketing, or similar.
-Must have earned digital marketing and leadership certifications. Acceptable certifications include Linkedin, Google, Meta, Udemy, or other similar certifications.
-Excellent spoken and written English.
-Can showcase measurable results generated for previous clients or employers.
-With excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
-Can work during Eastern Timezone.
