Please be available 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time (New York).
EXCELLENT ENGLISH Speaking skills required. English level C2 required.

Responsibilities
Answering calls and doing an intake with new clients.

Scheduling appointments and following up with staff to make sure they are on track.

Entering Billing information.



Email
and Social media management

Data entry and record keeping

Prepare reports and create presentation templates using Google Slides

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, chat, email or video calls

Preparing sales invoices and contracts

Update customer records and marketing lists


Requirements

Strong written English and verbal communication skills

Reliable and has a high attention to detail

Basic Excel and Word proficiency

Quick learner


Highly Regarded Skills and Experience


Experience with Customer Service in English
Experience with Administration and Personal Assistant
