Scrum Master - Web Scraper Development Team

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scrum Master to lead a team of developers in the creation of web scrapers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both software development and project management, and be able to effectively guide the team through the Agile/Scrum software development process.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals and requirements
Ensure the team is adhering to Agile/Scrum principles and practices
Identify and remove obstacles that may impede the team's progress
Collaborate with the development team to prioritize and plan sprint backlogs
Provide guidance and coaching to the team to improve performance and deliver high-quality products
Monitor and report on the team's progress and performance

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role
Strong understanding of Agile/Scru ---------- thodologies and principles
Experience leading software development teams
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with web scraping and web scraping development is a plus
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus
Experience with C#, Typescript and Puppeteer a bonus.

This is a contract position requiring 40+ hours per week and daily standup meetings (10 AM EST). You'll be paid bi-weekly with a 13th month bonus and 10 paid days off after a 90-day probationary period. Opportunities for future raises and bonuses.
