We’re looking for someone really confident in handling devices and is good at troubleshooting basic tech issues. The role will assist in doing the following remotely with US-based employees:
- Setting up hardware and software, and resetting when needed;
- Installing applications on different devices;

You must have experience using or providing help desk support to the following technologies:
- Apple products, especially iPads;
- PCs, including chromebooks;
- Google Suite/Workspace
This role will require you to own or have easy access to iPads, PCs and iPhones to assist you in troubleshooting. These devices will not be provided to you.
If you have at least 2 years of experience as an IT support, have great oral and verbal communication skills, and are comfortable working in US Central business hours, we would love to hear from you!
