Legal Assistant Recruiter

This is for a US-based legal recruiting company.

We are seeking attorneys to fill this position. You must have legal experience for consideration.

You will assess, project, and determine hiring needs and create a recruiting process that meets their client’s business strategies.

Duties:
Research positions for US attorneys in our database. Research to help match attorneys with jobs.
Manage the recruiting process to facilitate the hiring of qualified ---------- velop and maintain a pipeline of top talent relationships and find candidates through outreach to industry partners, social media, and online recruiting tools. Maximize outreach methods to job seekers. Keep detailed and accurate communications records in the applicant tracking system.

We are seeking qualified attorneys to fill this position.

Hourly rate is competitive and based on experience.
Work the night shift preferred (Or day shift for some.)
