JOB OVERVIEW

Hello! This is our last week of recruiting for Nick Gray’s personal VA team. If you’ve already applied to one of our other job posts for him, no need to apply ---------- RODUCTION
Remote virtual assistant wanted for an American author, investor, and CEO.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
- Transcription of voice memos, fast typing, attention to detail, etc etc.
- Basic graphic design and layout skills required
- We use Canva a LOT for social media and blog posts
- Work directly for the CEO’s personal office: not a recruiting agency
- Fast payments to you via Wise
- Part-time position 25 hours / week, could grow to full-time
- Pay rate is USD $4 to USD $6 per hour, depending on experience

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Nick Gray was featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and verified on Instagram (LOL but true!). Today he runs a small media company to promote his book to his large social media following. We also support him with his blog, email newsletters, contact database, and other investment properties.

HOURS AND AVAILABILITY
Approx 10:00 PM to 3:00 AM Manila time, 5 hours per day, or 8AM to 1PM USA Central Time. For the right candidate, we have flexibility to adjust the schedule to the later shift (for example to 3:00 AM to 8:00 AM Manila time).

REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Fast Internet connection
- Desktop or laptop required, plus headset and camera for occasional audio & video calls
- Extreme attention to detail: no spelling mistakes, minimal grammar errors, etc
- Quiet working area for attending occasional meetings & video calls

SOFTWARE TOOLS USED
- WordPress (experience strongly preferred)
- Trello (easy to learn)
- Google Suite: Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets
- WhatsApp
- Canva or similar graphic design software (send us layout samples of your work!)
