Content Moderator - Thai Reading/English speaking

Our company is looking for Content Moderators that can speak and read Thai language.
This is job purely non-voice.

As a Content Moderator, your job will be to:
Perform back-end content moderation process for social media
The process requires candidates to work on the content uploaded on social media, review the uploaded posts, and take necessary actions for the same.
Provide backup support to other group members in the performance of job duties as required.

Shift Schedule: Night Shift/Day Shift, 12 hours a day with 2 hours 45 minutes lunch break in total, 4 days work in a week, 3 days off


About you:
Candidate with a Content moderation or content reviewing background would be an advantage
Should be willing to work in rotating shifts.
A fast learner and a good communicator and can speak, read and write fluently in English and Thai language
Possess cultural sensitivity and an understanding relating to global/ regional current affairs
Familiarity with internet laws and regulations, in particular reviewing online content, would be a good plus
You pay attention to detail and have a passion for maintaining a high standard of work
You have the resilience and persistence to handle routine daily tasks efficiently and accurately.
You have active usage and interest in short video platforms
Experience in a BPO / call center/customer service environment is a plus
Open to fresh graduates. Undergraduates and high school graduates are also welcome to apply.
Must have own laptop/desktop and stable internet at home.
