SEO & Customer Support Specialist

AristoSourcing is looking for an SEO & Customer Support Specialist to join the team.

Type of work - 100% remote. Our clients are based in other countries (UK, US, Canada, & Australia).

Rate: Php 26k per month + healthcare after the probationary period

Overview
We are looking for SEO and Customer Support Specialists to help us with our Korean language site and online membership.
The new tea ---------- mbers will learn various parts of the business, focusing on customer support and SEO. After the training period, we will do our best to match the new tea ---------- mbers with roles and responsibilities that fit their skills, interests, and the needs of the company.

-Takes initiative and makes suggestions for improvement
-Knows the balance between when to follow instructions and when to make suggestions
-Good computer hardware and internet connection
-Full-time (10 am - 6 pm, M-F)
-Flexible with schedule
-Not working for other companies

Example tasks and projects
-Attend weekly tea ---------- etings
-Respond to Customer Support inquiries
-Onboard new members
-Manage current members
-Create designs in Canva
-Manage social media accounts
-Design and update lessons and content
-Create Standard Operating Procedure documents (SOPs) for processes
-Post, edit, update and promote articles and videos
-Create and edit reports
-Study training programs
-Create email newsletters

Bonus nice-to-have qualifications (not required)
-Written Korean or Japanese language skills
-WordPress knowledge
-SEO knowledge
-Video editing skills
-Familiar with tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.), Canva, Slack, Ahrefs, SEO Surfer, ActiveCampaign, and HelpScout
