Product Information Management

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Information Management Specialist to join our ---------- this role, you will be responsible for creating a comprehensive database or sheet of all our products, including important details, FAQs, and relevant information. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain a database or sheet of all our products with up-to-date information.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of product information in the database.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies.
Ensure that the product information is easily accessible and user-friendly for the customer support team and other members of the ---------- velop and implement processes to ensure the database is consistently updated with the latest information.
Continuously review and improve the database to ensure its effectiveness in meeting the needs of the team.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Product Information Management Specialist or similar role.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and database management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
