Title: Program Operations Manager

Location: Remote

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Program Operations Upgrade to see actual info this role, you will be responsible for managing the online program organization, execution and success of our Medical Sales Career Builder Online Program. Your goal is to ensure all clients graduate from the program within a 4 month time span, utilizing the training classes, trainers, medical sales mentors and client success manager.

You will manage a team of medical sales executives, client success managers and trainers who all work with a portfolio of clients and provide support to help them succeed in attaining positions within the medical sales industry. You will work closely with the client success managers, trainers and medical sales mentors to ensure they are successfully meeting the needs of our clients. You will use your expertise to provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals( such as designing schedules, managing reports, keeping everyone on time and on task). You will set up the school curriculum, send out important emails and ensure all operations run well to execute successful class sessions and training. You will have full ownership of the MSCB program and directly report to the CEO. Our clients' success will depend on how well you execute this role. Bonus compensation will also be tied to clients' graduation rates.

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of trainer, medical sales professionals and a client success manager to help clients and provide ongoing support to help them succeed in breaking into the medical sales industry
Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical sales professionals, trainers, mentor and client success manager.
Collaborate with CEO to ensure that clients are receiving the support they need
Identify and address any issues with program execution and flow
Monitor to improve course components to make it more effective for clients to attain positions
Help identify new opportunities for the program that lead to better position attainment rates
Foster relationships with any professionals you believe can add value to the Upgrade to see actual infoake each client, and exit each client.
Have each exit client add the Medical Sales Career Builder Certificate to their Linkedin, record one-on-one 1 minute success video and give feedback on their experience throughout the programProfiles.
Requirements:

2+ Experience managing a team or online program
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
2+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role
Background Managing a team or program is a big plus
Experience in the medical device sales industry is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
