NOTE: Please be advised that this position will commence on a part-time basis (4 hours daily), with the possibility of transitioning to full-time (8 hours daily) after one month. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our company as a virtual assistant. This is a permanent home-based role. You will be managing inbox, drafting contracts, uploading videos, and more – no task too small! Please ensure to include all required information listed below in the cover letter.
The client is a CEO of a sales training company, so the candidate should possess a strong business mindset and attention to detail to support the company's processes efficiently. We require a candidate who is eager to learn, diligent, and dependable.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keeping the training management system running smoothly with new enrollments, contacts, cancellations, and more
- Owning the client's inbox and ensuring everything is in its proper place
- Breathing life into the social media calendar with timely updates
- Making sure no task goes unfinished on ClickUp
- Generating invoices in Xero
- Documenting processes and bringing innovative ideas to improve them to the table
- Stepping up to help other clients with matching skill sets
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Business or marketing expertise a plus
- A problem-solver who is proactive, process-oriented, reliable, organized, and has a knack for learning and connecting ideas quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with client tools such as Hubspot and Mailchimp are preferred but not required
