CSR (CUSTOMER SERVICE)

Salary: 10K-12K (10K during the trial period, 12K after becoming a fulltime employee)
Working hours: 12 hours, 2 days off per month, shift system, shift once

• Have experience in customer service, finance, auditing..., hardworking, dedicated, strong sense of responsibility, clear thinking;
• Correct attitude, understand user psychology, solid foreign language,
good at communication;
• Good command of listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese
or corresponding languages, proficiency in using office software and
network tools.

with customers

Job Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with customers through chat tools to deal with
customer problems and guide them correctly and actively.
2. Timely feedback the problems and suggestions encountered by
customers, and continuously improve service quality
3. Familiar with the rules of mainstream online games,
