What do we expect from a Cold Caller Agent? (Required & non negotiable:)

1. At least 1 year B2B sales experience, either through closing or setting appointments (not B2C)

2. Pure cold calling experience (not warm calling or upselling).
A track record of meeting weekly or monthly targets

3. Must possess a degree of work ethics with an ability to follow through.
