Call Center Agent

Primary Purpose:
As Call Center Representative, you will act as a liaison, provide services information, schedule service appointments, answer customer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with precision and efficiency. All things done the Proper way.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be organized, efficient, persuasive, and the ability to think outside of the box to tackle customer related problems. You will be interacting with our customers daily and having a respectful and patient behavior is a must as you are representing Our Company.
Responsibilities: (This list may not include all the duties assigned)
Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and outbound return calls.
Generate sales leads.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable and trusting relationships with customer through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information by using the appropriate methods/tools ---------- et personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
Handle customer complaints, provide applicable solutions and alternatives within a timely fashion and follow-up phone calls to ensure positive resolution.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage positive customer relationships.
Abilities:
Proven sales and customer support experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to respond to different types of behaviors.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Must be able to work various shifts during the hours of 5am-11pm M-F, and weekends
