Real Estate Cold Caller for Growing California Team

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Cold Calling Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate cold calling and be familiar with the following tools: Propstream/ Batch Leads/ Vulcan 7. The candidate should have a proven track record of pulling lists and successfully cold calling property owners and booking listing presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential real estate properties and reach out to property owners through cold calls
- Utilize Propstream, Batch Leads, and Vulcan 7 to gather information and generate leads
- Conduct in-depth research on properties and the surrounding market
