Social Media Designer - Consistent Work With Bonuses - Marketing Agency

I’m looking for an enthusiastic social media graphic designer to create social media posts that we can post on different social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).

I’m trying to cue in key tips and strategies with our audience (nonprofit organizations) on our social media platforms to publish on these different social platforms. The end product is a handful of posts that we can reuse on each social media platform. As a nonprofit marketing agency, we are targeting other nonprofit organizations and providing marketing tips. The ideal candidate should have prior experience with graphic design on Canva.

We will have a 1-week training/trial period where you will be expected to create posts during that training/trial period based on our templates and guidelines at a rate of $2/post. You will follow the guidelines strictly. We will then assess your capabilities for the job before it is d ---------- whether or not to move forward.

I’d like this person to work several hours per day on this project and bonuses are available for hitting monthly quotas. The ideal candidate must have HIGH attention to detail

Weekly quotas will start at 14 posts and the pay rate is $1.5 per post created. This means the monthly quota is 55 Instagram posts.

Bonuses of $20 will be given for hitting the quota
