About the role:
We are seeking a seasoned YouTube Ads Buyer with experience in working with course creators to join our marketing team. As a YouTube Ads Buyer, you will be responsible for planning and executing effective YouTube advertising campaigns for our course creator clients.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and manage YouTube advertising campaigns for course creator clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with YouTube sales teams to ensure optimal campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to make informed decisions about campaign optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in YouTube advertising policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative advertising strategies.
- Provide clients with regular reports on campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, specifically on YouTube.
- Strong knowledge of YouTube's advertising platform and features.
- Proven experience in working with course creators, including an understanding of the type of ad creatives that work best for this industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to deliver high-performing campaigns with a strong ROI.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
