Social Media Manager

The Credit Brothers is a thriving and multifaceted consulting company that focuses on teaching people about credit through our social media channels (TikTok, Instagram etc...) and helping them reach their financial goals through our various service offerings.

With over 1 Million Followers across our social media platforms and growing more every day…

We’re looking to bring on a Rockstar VA who will help our company and brand in a significant way by fielding our DM’s from multiple social media platforms.

This will be a Part-TIme position with the potential of turning into Full-Time if exceptional work is being performed.

This position is NOT for someone who is new.

Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to direct messages (DMs) sent to our company's social media pages from customers seeking assistance with their credit
Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our credit repair services or other relevant information
Direct customers to appropriate resources, such as online guides, customer support, or sales representatives, as needed
Track customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of any issues
Document customer interactions and maintain records of customer inquiries and complaints
Continuously improve response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates
Stay up to date with industry and company-specific information related to credit repair services and the US Credit system in general

Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of credit repair services and credit reporting industry
Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently

Experience using social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
Strong attention to detail and ability to document customer interactions accurately


Salary:
Pay rates will be $4/hr
This position will be Part-Time at 20 Hours per week.
