- Reconcile OwnerRez to VRBO/Airbnb
- Top tier communication with me to keep me updated
- Bring new ideas to the table
- Willing to learn many new techniques through STR virtual trainings (pre-recorded videos)
- Create SOP from teachings in the pre-recorded videos
- Responding to emails from guests or potential guests
- Pay Invoices
- Schedule maintenance/repairs on the STR
- Possibly interested in also having someone who can help us with occasional personal tasks such as travel planning, online research, calendar organization, screening emails, scheduling and/or confirming appointments/meetings, research and send gifts
- Open to hearing anything else you may be able to bring to the table
- Having a firm understanding of digital marketing (social media, Google Ads, email & SMS messaging) as well as basic knowledge of Quickbooks would be a GREAT bonus but is definitely not required as I can hire that separately
