Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Cold Caller)

Position Overview: The Outbound Caller is responsible for making phone calls to potential home sellers to gauge their interest in selling their property. The caller will use a multiline dialer to make these calls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls using a multiline dialer to potential home sellers
- Gather information about the seller's property and determine their interest in selling
- Record all information and call outcomes in the company's CRM system
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly call and appointment-setting goals

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with outbound calling and/or sales is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using a multiline dialer
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and handle rejection in a positive manner
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Working Hours: This is a full-time position
