Video Editor & Social Media Ad Designer

The Hypo Group is a digital marketing agency serving hundreds of clients in the United States. We are growing rapidly.

The Hypo Group seeks an experienced video editor and ad designer to assist our social media management team. to manage. This person will be responsible for post-production video editing, creating videos into Reels & TikTok style videos.

You must be able to log on and be available during 9am - 2pm EST or 2pm - 7pm EST.

Currently, we have a need for 10-25 hours per week. If you do a good job, this position has the opportunity to move to 40 hours per week. Pay raises are also available as performance dictates.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Research high-performing social media content using tools like Facebook's ad library and personal social media
-Take raw video footage and edit own the post-production process
-Responsible for creating highly engaging, short videos, sometimes making multiple pieces of content from one video
-Proficient with video editing software
-Familiar with social media content best practices
-Follow brand guidelines for clients
-Work collaboratively with a team to produce end-result that serves our clients




QUALIFICATIONS

-1+ year experience in video editing
-Proficient with video editing software
-Experience with graphic design is a plus
-Able to think creatively about opportunities
-Fluent in written English and able to communicate clearly in writing without being overly formal
-Extreme attention to detail
-Comfortable working with technology and learning new technology
