YouTube Marketing Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced YouTube Marketing specialist to join our team and help optimize our existing videos for our YouTube channel, RTS Life Hacks. Our channel focuses on sharing people's stories and is similar in nature to the "soft white underbelly" channel. With 120 videos currently in need of optimization, this project will require a significant amount of work in the short term, and may also involve future work with new videos.

As this is a shorter project, we prefer to work on an hourly basis to accommodate the initial workload. We value collaboration and open communication, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our team and receive guidance and support throughout the process. There is also the potential for a longer-term collaboration for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Conducting a keyword research for each video using platforms such as SEMrush, Google Keywords, and Tube Buddy
- Creating compelling video descriptions that include relevant keywords
- Creating chapters for each video and naming them with additional keywords
- Adding end cards and info cards to enhance engagement
- Incorporating relevant hashtags in the video descriptions
- Identifying the best YouTube tags to increase visibility
- Crafting attention-grabbing video titles
- Creating relevant playlists to increase watch time
- Other related tasks as needed
