Affiliate & Partnership Specialist

This is going to be a newly formed affiliate marketing business, were seeking a highly motivated and experienced Affiliate and Partnership Specialist to join our team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships and products with affiliate partners and strategic partners to drive revenue and increase visibility of those products.
Key responsibilities include conducting research and outreach to potential partners, negotiating partnership terms and agreements, managing partnerships to ensure they meet mutually beneficial goals, and developing and executing affiliate and partnership campaigns. The Affiliate & Partnership Specialist will also be accountable for tracking and reporting on campaign performance, analyzing data, identifying trends and opportunities, and making recommendations for optimization.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, the ability to think strategically and creatively, and a solid understanding of digital marketing and performance-based marketing. The Affiliate & Partnership Specialist should have a proven track record of building and managing relationships with external partners and achieving performance-based goals.
Minimum requirements include 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and/or social media management, experience managing a large affiliate network, strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools, the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
