Human Resource Specialist

We are looking for an HR professional to join a rapidly growing mental health practice based in the US! Our company centralizes care for Black, Indigenous and other People of Color as well as LGBTQIA2S+ communities, so we very much welcome someone from these communities and social justice aligned to apply for this position!

Required experience, knowledge and capabilities:
- Healthcare background is required.
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Fast internet, so Ring Central phone app could work on phone without issues.
- Strong command of the English language, both speaking and writing.
- Fast internet speed
- Quick learner and can work independently

Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Searching for and reaching out to new talent to hire via LinkedIn and Indeed
- Onboard new providers
- Ensure contracts are sent
- Ensure current contractors files are within compliance, up to date and complete
- Credential new providers with all major insurance companies
- Ensure the provider onboarding forms (including Policy & Procedures Manual) are gone though with fine tooth comb
- Assist with other tasks related to Human Resources

Compensation: $5.00 per hour USD

Hours: Monday- Friday 10:00 AM- 4:00 PM New York time (EST) to start with likelihood of increase in hours.

Supervisor: Reports to CEO and Director of Operations.
