About the Advocate Marketing Specialist Role:

Advocate Marketing is a valuable form of marketing that our clients are using to identify their top partners & customers and through our programs provide valuable insights on these partners and customers back into their sales organizations.

As an Advocate Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with our team, our clients, and Influitive to maintain our clients’ customer and partner advocacy portals. You will be working on platforms built by Influitive.

This role will be responsible for uploading content on to the Influitive platform, managing customer & partner queries, seeking the approvals of customer & partner submissions, identifying process improvements, and ideating new & unique ways to hit platform engagement goals.

You will need attention to detail, patience, ability to think strategically, process-oriented, and be a troubleshooter. You will also need to learn everything about the Influitive platform.

This is a full-time job.

Primary Job Responsibilities of the Advocate Marketing Specialist:

Administrative
• Verifying platform engagement metrics
• Liaising with platform vendors
• Coordinating with client stakeholders

Reporting
• Creating weekly & ad hoc reports o for internal & external stakeholders
• Pulling data using database query tools like Looker & SQL
• Providing actionable insights about platform performance

Meetings
• Project tracking & project status updates
• Follow up on pending projects & next steps
• Knowledge of each task’s status

Planning
• Managing program timelines for copy, artwork, and content
• Content planning for increased customer & partner engagement
• Optimizing the program experience for positive outcomes

Platform Maintenance
• Ongoing platform knowledge updates
• Adhering to operating procedures based on client requirements
• Regular housekeeping of platform operation

Requirements:
• Using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, vLookups, etc..)
• Proficient in English
• Willingness to Learn
