Graphic Designer

I am looking for a Full Time T Shirt Graphic Designer for my ETSY Store.
This person would need to have experience creating designs and have the ability to export png images from Adobe ---------- sentially, I would send you images of T-Shirts with graphics and you would recreate a very similar image for each.
If you have examples of prior work you have done, please share with me so I can see your capabilities and skillset.
