Duties and responsibilities
Cold Calling Real Estate Agent and Motivated Seller Daily (require)
Texting and following up with motivated Sellers And Real Estate Agent. (require)
Finding, Analyzing, Negotiating and Making offers daily Seller And Agents. (require)
Prepare necessary paperwork such as closing statements, deeds, contracts, purchase ---------- pile lists of real estate properties with details regarding their location, square footage and features, and comps.

Requirement
2-3 years experience
Must be super organized.
The abilities to work in a team or independently.
The abilities to set and achieve weekly goals.
