Virtual Assistant

I’m looking for 1 or 2 Virtual Assistants to join our team at Lambda Marketing. We’re an email marketing agency focused on delivering monthly management and setup projects to ecommerce businesses to convert and retain subscribers.

I have an immediate opening for 1 or 2 Virtual Assistants, with a lead generation position ready to go.

Please apply ONLY if you have experience with lead generation, specifically Upwork and Cold Emailing

You’re the person I’m looking for if:
You’ve worked with other email marketing agencies using Upwork or cold email
You have experience writing 1st lines in cold emails pr submitting proposals through upwork
You’re extremely attentive to detail
You enjoy collaborating with employers to submit work you are proud of
You’re available for meetings during the Pacific Standard time zone hours (8 AM - 4 PM)
You’re prompt and responsive in communication
You are familiar with email analytics and can judge for yourself what should happen based on numbers you’re reviewing
You’re a problem solver who doesn’t need to adhere to strict SOP’s and can work off script in order to accomplish the goal

I’m looking for someone to work with on a long-term and consistent basis and grow with us. There will be more than enough work for you if we are a good fit.
As you grow with us, there is also the opportunity to move into higher positions in the company.

Pay will depend on your skill level and how much guidance you need. You’ll be worked with closely while you’re brought up to speed.

Average project is going to be about 7-14 hours per week to start conducting lead generation.
